Saint Xavier University’s Office for University Relations can assist you with generating publicity for campus news and events through internal and external sources, or with hiring photography services for campus events. To request assistance, please complete any of the following forms that are relevant.
Requests typically will be processed within one to two business days, and you will receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed. Please submit all requests at least four weeks in advance.
Please review the following guidelines for more information about each form:
- Marquee Request Form – use to request a message on the electronic marquee sign on 103rd Street.
- Photographer Request Form – use to hire a freelance photographer through Media Relations to take photos of your campus event. Rates are typically $75/hour and will be billed to your department.
