Matt Williams brings over two decades of culinary experience to Saint Xavier University Dining Services. His training and education was founded in multiple levels of cuisine from casual restaurants to three diamond full service hotels. Having been mentored by chef’s from cities across the nation including San Francisco, Philadelphia and Chicago, Matt brings a broad spectrum of culinary influence to his menu creation. Over the past 8 years, Matt has worked for Chartwells throughout the Great Lakes region helping to raise the bar for campus dining. We are excited to have Matt joining the team here at SXU and we invite you to stop by, say hello, and try out some of his new creations in the Diner and Gilhooley’s Grand Saloon.
