Six-week 5K and 10K running programs at the Shannon Center

The Shannon Center will host six-week beginner 5K and 10K running programs for people who want to learn to run or are getting back into running. The programs will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., starting Mon., April 15.

The program is free for SXU students, faculty, and staff, and is $15/person for community members. Pre-registration is not necessary – just meet in the Shannon Center Lobby on April 15.
